Synopsis:

German genius dancer Pina Bausch made history by initiating a new genre of performance called "Tanztheater," which combines dance and theater with creative ideas and an experimental spirit. She became an icon of dance and choreography in her era by changing the history of modern dance and monopolizing the love of dance admirers all around the world.

She also expanded the horizons of dancing by avoiding old choreography and techniques and melting human emotions into collages of raw gestures and different kinds of music. In unexpected places such as asphalt streets, cafes, waiting rooms, lakeside, forests, quarries, roadsides, and swimming pools, dancers move as if performing was their daily routine, and wind, sunlight, and shadows blend to create a magical landscape. These are the spaces where Pina Bausch lived for 35 years and drew his creative inspiration. "I dance. Therefore, I exist". Pina Bausch was a true constructor of dance. "Pina" is a good homage to her. The intense gestures shown by Pina Bausch, an "innovator who transcends boundaries," while capturing human life in a serious manner, will remain in the hearts of people around the world for eras to come.
