Tigers have become an important motif in her work since she began painting them in 2018. These characters, which rarely have four legs, share dirty martinis with olives, and are created drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and mythologies she encounters during her travels.
All the works in this exhibit were made over the last six months in Bangkok, Thailand and Seoul, Korea. Three of the pieces in the exhibition were painted at KOTE during the last hechyeomoyeo exhibition in June.
